Is Magical Night of Giving open to the public?
Yes, the mall is open to the general public during the event; however, purchase of a ticket by making a $5 donation to a participating non-profit organization entitles you to enjoy the exclusive sales offered by the mall retailers and is your entry ticket into the door prize drawings.
How do I purchase a ticket?
Tickets are available to the general public through local non-profit and charitable organizations in the months leading up to the event. They can also be purchased at the Mall at Guest Services in the Train Court approx. 2 weeks prior to the event.
When should I arrive for this event?
The mall stores will close at 6pm and will not re-open until 6:30pm. Time spent outside will be minimal! At 6:30pm, you may enter the mall through any outside entrance.
Why is Magical Night of Giving held?
It is SuperMall’s wish to give back to the community that is so good to us all year. 100% of the funds raised through ticket sales will go to local charities.
This event also provides a unique chance for people to get a jump start on their holiday shopping and have a lot of fun at the same time, including musical performances and more. With the many store discounts and specials being offered, MAGICAL NIGHT VIP shoppers can save money while raising funds for local non-profit and charitable groups.
How do non-profit organizations make money?
The event is a unique fundraising occasion in that it presents an opportunity for local non-profits to benefit by receiving 100% of the funds raised from ticket sales. Any qualified non-profit organization, including schools, churches and other groups wishing to become a part of the event, will receive pre-printed tickets from the mall, which its members can sell to the public. There are no start-up cost or fees to the organizations that sell tickets.
Why do shoppers want to buy tickets?
First, all the money generated by ticket sales is donated to the non-profit group selling the tickets. Second, purchase of a ticket also entitles shoppers to receive special offers and discounts from stores that are only available to MAGICAL NIGHT VIP shoppers that night. Shoppers attending will find a wide variety of family-friendly activities and entertainment, including live musical performances and much more.
I don’t want to shop or make a donation. Can I just enter the drawing?
